1.  Refund Policy

At CDL Idaho – Intercheck Driving LLC, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for all of our customers. Please review our refund policy below:

Deposits and Appointment Changes/Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment date and time.
  • In such cases, only the deposit amount is refundable.
  • Any remaining balance paid will be refunded in full.

Late Cancellations or Changes

  • If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

Services Rendered

  • Once a service has been administered or completedno refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
